MaxMind (www.maxmind.com) is looking for a talented Enterprise Marketing Manager to join our team. We help protect thousands of companies worldwide from fraud, screening over five billion online transactions each year, and we provide IP geolocation and intelligence data to thousands more. You will play an important role supporting the company’s marketing initiatives including go-to-market strategy and execution.
This is a full time remote position.

The Position Overview
As a Marketing Manager (Enterprise), you will be an individual contributor, working on a variety of projects related to go-to-market launches and supporting delivery of data solutions for enterprise customers across a variety of different verticals. You will work closely and cross-functionally with internal teams (product, marketing, operations, sales/business development, and customer success).
This is a new role at MaxMind and you will have the opportunity to help define the strategic direction of your work. We have many customers from individual developers to the largest Fortune 500 companies and this role will add focus on the largest customers. Because you will be part of a lean team, we expect you to be a marketing generalist able to pick up varied projects such as content creation for a new product launch, content strategies for different customer personas, data analysis of customer cohorts to identify how to improve our enterprise customer journey, etc.
Our salary range for this role is $100,000 - $120,000 CAD, with specific offers dependent on skills and experience. Everyone also participates in a company performance-based bonus plan. See more about benefits below.

Our Interview Process
One of the first steps in our interviewing process is a homework assignment, and we will ask you for a submission so we can gain insight into your work. The following step of our interview process would be a first round interview with our hiring manager and a member of the marketing team. This interview will cover questions specific to the role. Next, there would be a final interview with our HR Manager and our COO. That interview would be a more general / behavioral interview. The final step of our hiring process is reference checking.
