Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager (TPM) with 3–7 years of relevant experience to lead and deliver software development and infrastructure projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, a proven track record in agile project delivery, and excellent stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with modern cloud-based technologies and compliance frameworks is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and oversee software development and infrastructure projects from inception to completion
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, security, and operations teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables
  • Manage project schedules, risks, and resource allocations using tools such as Jira and GitHub
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies, sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily standups
  • Ensure clear communication across cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Drive projects toward completion while balancing technical constraints, quality standards, and business priorities
  • Coordinate SOC 2 Type II compliance activities and contribute to security and compliance efforts
  • Create and maintain project documentation and reports for internal and external stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

  • 3–7 years of experience in Technical Project Management, preferably in a software development or DevOps environment
  • Solid understanding of agile methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Experience managing projects using tools such as Jira, GitHub, or equivalent
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to translate complex technical issues into business terms

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP certification or other recognized project management credentials
  • Familiarity with modern cloud and DevOps technologies including:
    • Azure, Node.js, .NET, React, Kubernetes, Terraform
    • Monitoring and observability tools like New Relic
    • Databases: SQL and NoSQL systems
  • Experience working in environments requiring SOC 2 Type II compliance
  • Comfortable working in highly collaborative, fast-paced, and iterative development environments
