Broadridge is Growing! We are currently looking for Lead .NET Software Engineer for our dynamic application development team. In this position you will play the role of a Lead / Senior Programmer but remain hands-on with approximately 80% of your time spent coding and performing code reviews for multiple strategic applications.

Work-Mode: This is a remote role where you will work off-site. Travel is limited and generally used for team learning and collaboration meetings.  

Responsibilities:

  • Programming, debugging, and detailing sophisticated software applications.
  • Providing leadership in the development and implementation of web and cloud-based solutions.
  • Design technical solution using best practices in web development regarding security, maintainability, scalability, and performance.
  • Interacts with multiple areas relating to Information Services, outside vendors and business unit staff in the development and delivery of technology solutions.
  • Responsible for all aspects of SDLC including development, code installation, production support, proactive maintenance, problem resolution.
  • Conducts, or participates in, peer reviews of code and technology solutions.
  • Works with multiple teams to build accurate estimates for new development/ enhancements and deliver reliable, reusable and supportable software on time and on-budget.
  • Provide support for our Workflow and Capture applications

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of design and development experience with C#, .NET, .Net Core, WCF, Web Services, REST services, SQL Server, Oracle, DB2, Angular, Java Script, HTML, CSS
  • Familiarity with AWS Cloud Services
  • Practical understanding of AWS Cloud technologies
  • Strong expertise in building applications using C#, ASP.NET, MVC, .Net Core , RESTful Services, Web Services and SQL Server.
  • Experience in multitier application architecture having complex integration between different systems
  • Experience in Kafka is highly preferred.
  • Expert in Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) & Component Design
  • Experience of developing and maintaining Windows applications and Windows services.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL Server and stored procedures, SSIS and SSRS of MS SQL Server tools.
  • Hands-on development experience of building web applications using Java Script, JQuery, Angular, HTML and CSS
  • Experience with setting up a build/deployment pipelines using DevOps tools. Exposure to Jenkins, Git, Nexus is a plus.
  • Experience building cloud-based applications using the latest architectural patterns, ex.  Serverless applications 
  • Experience with implementing prevention methods for OWASP security vulnerabilities.
  • Knowledge in development of Kofax Capture application
  • Flexible self-starter, who enjoys solving technical challenges and problems
  • Good analytical skills, especially in the area of translating business requirements into technical design
  • Ability to work under timelines and be highly adaptable
  • Good communication and presentation skills

Hourly range $70-75/hr
