Job Title/High-Level Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and talented individual with a for maintaining and optimizing Billing and Inventory application software to join us as a TIMS Administrator II. Key Responsibilities:
The following are the primary duties and responsibilities of this role. Other related duties may be assigned to meet the business need.
End User Support & Training
- Manages incoming Help Desk tickets from end users, identifying and assessing end user needs to ensure satisfaction.
- Provides first-level support to end users for application software, escalating support to the software manufacturer’s support team as needed.
- Executes TIMS end user access requests (i.e., new access, termination of access, changes to access).
- Notifies end users and other key stakeholders of jobs delays, jobs processing longer than usual, and/or job error out.
- Builds sustainable relationships and trust with end users through interactive communication.
- Maintains and updates support documents and training materials for internal customers.
- Provides training to end users to ensure TIMS is accurately maintained, and that rules and roles for data entry and ownership are clearly defined, ensuring training sessions follow company policies, procedures, and standard workflows.
Database Administration
- Resolves and clears any database locks/hanging sessions.
- Performs TIMS database version upgrades/hotfixes.
- Implements and monitors nightly batching to ensure timely transaction posting.
Compliance
- Maintains knowledge of third-party payor regulations including Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, Workers Compensation, and non-governmental payers to ensure Enovis conducts its Revenue Cycle Management activities in compliance with applicable rules, policies and guidance.
- Demonstrates commitment to the Compliance & Ethics Program, the Enovis Code of Conduct, the Enovis Sales and Marketing Code of Conduct, the AdvaMed Code of Ethics, and all supporting and applicable regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Adheres to all internal Corporate Compliance guidelines, OIG, government healthcare regulations, regulatory policies and procedures, and privacy and security standards in accordance with government agencies, including HIPAA requirements.
- Treats Protected Health Information (PHI) with the strictest confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA standards.
- Acquires a basic understanding of the field to include regulatory compliance issues and adheres to these guidelines.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience maintaining master data in an EMR or EPR system required.
- Associate’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, a technical field (IT/IS), or related field equivalent, required. Experience may be considered in lieu of education.
- Prior experience with TIMS platform required.
- Experience with SalesForce is a plus.
- In depth knowledge of Healthcare Common Procedure Coding System (HCPC) codes.
- Knowledge of ICD-10 coding, medical terminology, third party billing and collections, and managed care requirements required.
Desired Qualifications
- Understanding of Durable Medical Equipment (DME) billing practices strongly preferred.
- Working knowledge of IT administration, with prior experience in an IT support role required.
- Knowledge of database software and ETL tools, business intelligence software, order processing systems, and internet protocols.
- Experience with Diver, PowerBI or other reporting systems preferred.
- Thorough understanding of insurance/payor guidelines and criteria for reimbursement.
- Proficiency in insurance/payor reimbursement including an understanding of payors on a national scale required.
Travel:
- May be able to travel up to 5% of the time, and both domestic and international travel may be required.
- Typical work-related travel assignments range 1-3 days, and as such overnight, out-of-town stays may be required.
