As the People Operations leader, you will have the opportunity to lead a wide range of People initiatives and programs that drive our employee experience and culture.
The Senior Manager, People Operations is a strategic and hands-on role where you can develop new programs, policies, and approaches and build upon our People Operations infrastructure. This role reports directly to and works closely with the VP of People to ensure we deliver for our employees and business.
Target Pay Range: $139,400 - $160,650 - Compensation to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
