Job description

About Enfuce:

We bring together the brightest minds and best technology to help visionary leaders drive transformative business growth and exceptional customer engagement. Together we solve customer challenges and extend financial inclusion across society.

Founded in 2016, Enfuce is a global company with teams in Finland, Germany, Sweden and the UK. Enfuce, a female-founded fintech, has raised a total of €62 million in several funding rounds – including one of the highest investment rounds raised by a female-led business.

Whether you’re building your career, leading change from the front or looking for new challenges, Enfuce can help you flourish. While we champion community and collaboration, we recognise the importance of your individualism. Every employee brings something unique to the table. Our environment fosters the best work from everyone and empowers them to make a meaningful, valuable difference every day.

About the role:

  • As a Senior Product Manager at Enfuce, you will drive complex and multi-faceted product initiatives independently. You will be responsible for identifying key opportunities within the credit domain, designing pragmatic solutions, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact products that align with our broader business strategy.
  • You won't just manage a product — You'll lead a vision that connects ledger, credit, and revolving solutions across our platform, shaping Enfuce’s future in digital finance.

What you'll be doing:

Scope & Ambiguity Management:

  • Identify and prioritize high-impact problems and opportunities within the credit and ledger space with minimal guidance.
  • Drive new product initiatives and continuously improve existing services through structured discovery and delivery processes.

Commercial & Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop a deep understanding of Enfuce’s and customers' KPIs.
  • Make resource-efficient decisions, linking your domain's strategy with broader company objectives.
  • Collaborate across multiple product development teams and internal stakeholders such as product marketing, customer success and sales ensuring synergy and alignment.

Analytical Thinking & Data-Driven Decisions:

  • Lead by data: Analyse existing datasets, gather new insights, and validate assumptions.
  • Build strong business cases with pragmatic financial modelling.
  • Base your recommendations on thorough risk assessment, data triangulation, and strategic insight.

Collaborative Leadership & Influence:

  • Step into leadership roles when needed, steering teams through ambiguity and challenges.
  • Foster a strong network within Enfuce and with external stakeholders to identify cross-product and cross-business opportunities.
  • Communicate clearly and with authority, especially in high-stakes or conflicting-interest scenarios.

Mastering Product Management Techniques:

  • Champion and embed modern product management frameworks (e.g., discovery methodologies, delivery planning, prioritisation models).
  • Balance immediate delivery demands with longer-term strategic objectives.
  • Lead product teams toward delivering high-quality outcomes by focusing on value and rigorous prioritisation.

What you'll bring:

  • Experience: 5+ years in Product Management, with a strong background in payments, specially in card payments, credit card products, payment processing, ledger systems, or revolving credit products.
  • Strategic Thinker: You can see both the big picture and the immediate impact.
  • Analytical Leader: You make decisions based on a rich combination of data, intuition, and business context.
  • Independent Operator: You thrive in environments with high levels of autonomy and ambiguity.
  • Natural Collaborator: You are excellent at building networks, leading cross-functional teams, and driving alignment across complex stakeholder groups.
  • Owner’s Mindset: You act like an entrepreneur — owning outcomes, making resourceful decisions, and inspiring team.

Why You’ll Love Working at Enfuce:

  • High autonomy & ownership: We give you the freedom to own your work and trust you to make the best decisions for your projects.
  • Top-tier talent: Join a team of industry experts and highly skilled professionals who are as passionate as you are about innovation.
  • Unlimited growth potential: We support your ambition with plenty of room for personal and professional growth within the company.
  • Flexible, remote work: Work from anywhere up to 30 days, in an environment that values flexibility and work-life balance.
  • A supportive culture: You’ll be part of a team that encourages, motivates, and celebrates success together.

Comprehensive benefits package: We take care of our people with great benefits to match the value you bring.

Benefits & Perks:

Fair pay and employee stock option:

  • We value the input of every employee and want you to tap into the growth we build together. That’s why our salaries are competitive and reassessed regularly, and you have access to an employee stock option program.

Flexible paid time off:

  • We offer a flexible paid time off policy, providing up to 5 weeks of annual vacation days and paid family leave (subject to country regulations). Additionally, you can benefit from hybrid or remote work options, promoting a healthy work-life balance.

Regular fun with your team:

  • To spend other than work-related time with your teammates, you get a team activity budget for three quarters a year. The fourth quarter is reserved for a company-wide event.

Individual Learning Budget:

  • You get a yearly learning budget to use for courses and other relevant learning opportunities that help you develop your skills.
