The Role
We are seeking an experienced Product Adoption Lead within the new Go To Market (GTM) and Customer Product Adoption team, reporting directly to the Sr. Dir, Product Adoption GTM. This role is responsible for leading and managing GTM programs for customer migration strategies, ensuring a smooth transition from legacy systems to strategic Lumen solutions. The Product Adoption Lead will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement scalable networking modernization programs and provide actionable insights to leadership. This role requires a high level of strategic thinking, innovative approaches to problem-solving and navigating complexity.

The Main Responsibilities
- Confident in building a new Customer Product Adoption programs from the ground-up in partnership with leadership.
- Use data insights to support in the development, launch, and management of Lumen’s Migration Factory, a scalable migration program designed to accelerate customer transitions from legacy systems to strategic Lumen solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement migration strategies, ensuring alignment with GTM objectives and long-term business goals.
- Ensure programs are repeatable and scalable to help accelerate customer movement from legacy to strategic Lumen solutions.
- Lead and manage AI Modernization projects, ensuring timely and successful completion, including development of necessary sales enablement content.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the GTM process, including identifying and addressing potential risks and challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including CX, product, sales, customer success and marketing, to ensure seamless migration experience for customers.
- Coordinate and facilitate migration-related meetings with key stakeholders, including executive presence as needed. Ensure timely distribution of meeting minutes and tracking of action items.
- Provide regular updates and reports to leadership on the status of projects and key performance indicators.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to bring programs to market and apply this knowledge to improve our processes.
- Assess and manage risks, impacts, and potential alternatives related to migration programs, escalating issues to the appropriate level of management when necessary.
What We Look For in a Candidate
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a relevant field.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional projects, preferably in a SaaS or Telecommunications environment.
- The ideal candidate will have an understanding of commercial strategy, enterprise product management, product marketing, and sales enablement.
- Ability to take data-driven insights and apply to strategy and decision-making.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and drive results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools and agile methodologies.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in customer-facing roles within sales or customer success.
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices related to product adoption.
Compensation
This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

$87,117 - $116,156 in these states: CO HI MI MN NC NH NV OR RI
