Overview
This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution to position Foundever as a technology-enabled CX solutions provider. You'll create and implement marketing campaigns that translate our AI capabilities, operational expertise, and global delivery into compelling market narratives.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution (50%)
Create comprehensive campaign briefs with clear messaging, audience targeting, and deliverables
Develop vertical-specific marketing strategies focused on key industries
Build content frameworks that position Foundever as a CX technology leader
Integrate AI and digital capabilities into compelling market narratives
Implement multi-channel campaigns that drive demand and reputation
Team Leadership (30%)
Directly manage:
Director of Integrated CX Solutions
Campaign Strategy Manager
Market Intelligence Team (multiple analysts)
Set clear objectives and mentor team members
Create a culture that balances strategic thinking with execution
Cross-Functional Collaboration (20%)
Work with Creative to develop campaign assets
Partner with Marketing Operations on campaign implementation
Align with Sales Enablement and Inside Sales on messaging
Collaborate with Product Marketing to integrate technical capabilities
Support Business Development and Account Management to drive growth
Qualifications
10+ years in B2B marketing with 5+ years in leadership roles
Proven success developing and executing campaigns for complex technology solutions
Strong background in CX technology, enterprise software, or digital transformation
Demonstrated ability to translate technical capabilities into compelling narratives
Experience leading marketing teams while maintaining hands-on involvement
Track record of both strategic thinking and tactical implementation
Background outside traditional BPO/contact center industry preferred
