Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:
  • Mondays to Fridays, 10:00 am to 2:00 pm, Vancouver, BC, Canada, Pacific Time

Job Highlights:
  • Responsible for maintaining organized client records and project timelines
  • Direct communication with clients and internal team members
  • Potential to grow skills in financial management and client relations

Responsibilities:
  • Post invoices and bills using QuickBooks Online
  • Issue invoices to clients and manage related communications
  • Prepare and proofread contracts and other important documents
  • Manage client communications with a high degree of professionalism
  • Oversee project management, tracking client progress and following up on tasks
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks and financial information management
  • Coordinate with the senior accountant and practice owner on various projects


Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
  • Basic bookkeeping skills, particularly with QuickBooks Online
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail, especially when handling financial information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
