The Senior Enablement Analyst—People Insights will be a key member of the People Insights Team. This department is responsible for aptly using data and insights to design and deliver innovative solutions to ensure the best associate experience and enable our Human Resources teams and associates to focus on the highest-value work through operational excellence, technology, and analytics.

The role will report to the Manager, People Insights Applications and will be a fully remote position. This role manages and maintains security access to People Insights applications while supporting strategies for training, enablement, and network management. The role will be responsible for creating, leading and deploying training programs across the HR organization. 

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Administer and maintain People Insights standard work for application tools, security, and access

  • Maintain, create and support standard work and process improvements for system configurations and the People Insights team

  • Lead communications-related opportunities within the People Insights team and act as the main point of contact to assist and support system users

  • Lead new users through the initial setup of the One Model application and training

  • Assist and coordinate the evaluation, quality reviews, and testing documentation of system upgrades, new feature releases, and implementation

The essential requirements of the job include: 

  • Minimum 3-5 years of related experience in communications, project management, or system configuration

  • Proven ability to balance multiple priorities with strong organizational and project management skills, maintaining high attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency

  • Proficient in working and communicating effectively in fast-paced global environments

  • Experience in creating learning content in Articulate or other learning tools

  • Experience in creating a SharePoint front-end interface using templates

Travel:

  • Up to 20% travel per business needs

It would be a plus if you also possess:

  • Bachelor’s or higher degree

  • Experience with Workday HR System and processes

  • Experience with the One Model tool and security

The salary range for this role is $80,000 - $110,000. This is the range that we in good faith, believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
