Job description

HR Reporting Analyst - Nike Inc. - Beaverton, OR. Develop human resource management strategies and policies to support and meet business needs with specialized areas of focus including: talent acquisition, talent management, total rewards, mobility, diversity, and employee/labor relations; provides business analysis, system design, testing and training for HR systems and processes; monitors various HR systems in production environments; creates and maintains HR systems quality control, application security standards and governance; understands and communicates fairly complex information specific to the position; creates standard work products which are reviewed by colleagues; supports the achievement of goals independently while simultaneously contributing to team performance; initiates analysis and investigation to solve differing but related problems; develops expertise and applies solutions based on experience; and identifies most appropriate options or methods to improve existing approaches. Identify opportunities to enhance reporting functionality to support strategic decision-making and business insights. Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and priorities. Design and develop custom reports, dashboards, and analytics using platform tools. Customized standard reports to meet specific business needs and user requirements. Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and scenarios to ensure accuracy and reliability of reports. Create user documentation and provide training to stakeholder on accessing and interpreting reports. Monitor industry trends and best practices in HR reporting and analytics. Telecommuting is available from anywhere in the U.S., except from AK, AL, AR, DE, HI, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, MT, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, OH, OK, RI, SD, VT, WV, and WY. 

Must have a Master's degree in Management Science, Business Analytics & Systems, Business Administration and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a Analyst-related occupation.
