Join Our Team of Mental Healthcare Providers in Texas! Foresight is an outpatient mental health company that offers virtual and in-person therapy across Texas. Our purpose is to improve access to high-quality mental health care. We are actively hiring therapists in the Houston area for a remote role.

What You’ll Do:

Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families (virtually or in-person)
Conduct assessments, diagnose, and develop treatment plans
Complete timely electronic documentation (within 72 hrs)
Management of caseload including schedule maintenance, charge slips, high balances and consistent attendance

Compensation & Benefits:

An hourly rate of $38.00

What We’re Looking For:

Foresight seeks Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs), Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs), and/or Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs) who reside in a state in which we operate (TX residency required for hybrid roles).
Must not be opted out of Medicare
