Our purpose is to improve access to high-quality mental health care. We are actively hiring California licensed mental health therapists based in Nevada who want to work remotely while making a meaningful impact with clients throughout California.

What You’ll Do:

Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families (virtually or in-person)
Conduct assessments, diagnose, and develop treatment plans
Complete timely electronic documentation (within 72 hrs)
Management of caseload including schedule maintenance, charge slips, high balances and consistent attendance

Compensation & Benefits:

Sign-on Bonus: $3,500 for full-time roles (paid over 9 months)
Competitive Salary for a full-time role of $70,000–$110,000/year (based on caseload, minimum of 25 clients/week)

What We’re Looking For:

Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs), Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs), Professional Clinical Counselors (LPCCs), and or Clinical Psychologists who reside in a state in which we operate (CA residency required for hybrid roles).
Must not be opted out of Medicare

Strong clinical competency in trauma-informed and evidence-based practices; including initial triage, risk assessment/management, crisis interventions, ICD-10 codes, and treatment planning
Proficiency with EHR systems and comfort using digital tools (Google Suite, Zoom)
Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills to build rapport and collaborate effectively with clients, therapy leaders, billing, and support service
Reliable time management (including maintaining a consistent schedule), attention to detail, and professional conduct across all responsibilities
