Job description

Our client is hiring for this role in order to increase the amount of customer feedback that is provided to our research and development teams. This person will help to identify and coordinate the scheduling of virtual customer discovery sessions in which product managers, designers, and engineers meet with and interview a diverse set of customers.

  • Php 2k internet reimbursement on top of allowance
  • Manage our customer recruiting and scheduling process
  • Work with Customer Success Managers to optimize our discovery efforts to help us improve customer retention
  • Leveraging our customer connections platform to identify customer segments that we should target to provide the best insights
  • Create a continuous pipeline of customers for generative conversations
  • Issue payments for these customers through our platform 
  • Correspond with our users to troubleshoot logistics
  • Track users who we've spoken with, no shows, etc.
  • Communicating with professionalism and clarity
  • Scheduling multiple events across complex calendars
  • Leveraging various technical tools, like Google calendar, Asana, and our customer scheduling platform
