The Customer Success Manager guides Bluebeam’s Mid-Market customers to achieve their desired business outcomes through the appropriate application of Bluebeam’s products and services. Executed successfully, customers in this segment will realize greater value through deeper adoption and engagement by its users.

Candidates should live in either Eastern or Central Time Zone

 

As a Bluebeam sales leader, this role partners with the other teams at Bluebeam, including but not limited to, Technical Account Management, Sales Operations, Professional Services, Technical Support and Legal/Security to effectively guide team members and customers through purchases of Bluebeam products and services. 

 

What we would like to see in you:

  • 5+ years in customer facing roles (Customer Success (preferred), Sales, Customer Service, Technical Support) OR 5+ years in professional AEC role
  • Bluebeam product knowledge – ability to be a subject-matter-expert within first 6 months.
  • Outstanding discovery and listening skills.
  • Ability to connect and build meaningful relationships.
  • Confidence to act and drive positive outcomes.
  • Exceptional computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Experience and comfort speaking/presenting in front of groups of people up to 150 in-person and through video conferencing technology.
  • Comfortable learning new technology.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Establish value as trusted advisor through identification of success criteria, practical action steps and product application expertise.
  • Deliver extraordinary experiences through clear and timely communication and support.
  • Identify and create customer advocates and champions.
  • Uncover new opportunities in the account for services, additional users, and influence inside and outside the organization.
  • Partner with Sales reps to ensure long term, mutually beneficial customer relationships.
  • Actively communicate with the Technical Support team, ensuring customer issues are being communicated and escalated appropriately. 
  • Partner with Bluebeam’s Product Management and Marketing teams, communicating customer information and insights from the enterprise, business unit, project, and end-user level, especially as it relates to customer workflows and processes.
  • Connect key customer contacts to various internal departments for product and concept input, feedback, validation, industry perspectives, marketing content, etc.

Base pay offered will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations. Base pay is one part of Bluebeam’s Total Rewards program, which seeks to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable commission plan, while most non-sales position are eligible for a bonus under the terms of an applicable bonus plan. Additionally, Bluebeam provides best in class benefits, with 100% employee covered health and welfare benefits and paid time off.  Bluebeam is a growing company with many opportunities. The base pay range for this position is: $77,100 - $96,400 plus eligible commissions
