As our Senior Program Manager, you’ll support HID’s success by: 

  • Program Management:
    • Leading end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of supply chain projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and timelines.
    • Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and status reports.
    • Identifying risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Strategic Initiatives:
    • Driving continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain, leveraging industry best practices and innovative technologies.
    • Analyzing current processes and systems to identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency.
    • Collaborating with leadership to define long-term supply chain strategies.
  • Organizational Collaboration:
    • Partnering with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, operations, finance, and sales, to achieve project objectives.
    • Acting as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Utilizing data analytics to monitor performance, identify trends, and drive informed decision-making.
    • Preparing and presenting reports to leadership, highlighting key metrics, progress, and recommendations.
  • Vendor and Partner Management:
    • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and third-party logistics providers.
    • Negotiating contracts and service level agreements to ensure optimal terms and performance.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Mentoring and guiding junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
    • Providing training and development opportunities to improve team capabilities.

 

Your Experience and Background include:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in supply chain management, program management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain principles, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and demand planning.
  • Proficiency in supply chain management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) and project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar).
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) is a plus.

The wage range for this role considers a broad scope of factors that are considered when making compensation decisions, including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At HID, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.

 

The base salary in the United States is $130,000 to $143,000.
