This is a remote position.
We are looking for a good Technical business analyst & support Engineer in the Business & Data Platforms organization, you will be responsible for working with internal stakeholders and external partners to develop and document solutions including data flows, business processes, integrations, data processing logic. This role is focused on the ingestion, processing, enrichment, and downstream delivery of content / title metadata.
Role
● Understand how title metadata is used across the product landscape.
● Lead requirements gathering with internal stakeholders, primarily Metadata Services.
● Document data flows, business processes, integrations, and data processing logic to ensure alignment and clear communication between business users and technical resources.
● Translate requirements and proposals into user stories for development teams, test cases including various scenarios/edge cases for QA teams, and process flows/SOPs for Operations teams.
● Perform all administration duties across Reltio and Snowflake, including data cleanups, user provisioning, bulk data loads, Reltio configuration.
● Own application level maintenance and support
● Own communication and coordination with Data Platform for admin support like user provisioning, security configuration, server management etc.
● Collect data and perform process and technical analysis to better inform user stories and to troubleshoot.
● Triage, prioritize, and resolve issues from business users and downstream data consumers.

Requirements
● 5+ years of experience working as a Support Engineer or Technical Business Analyst.
● Strong knowledge, skills, and abilities with the Reltio master data management platform
● Strong knowledge, skills, and abilities with Snowflake or another data platform
● Comfort with common collaboration tools including but not limited to Lucidchart, Smartsheet, Salesforce, Slack, and Atlassian products (Jira & Confluence).
● Strong understanding of integration and API patterns, including but not limited to: REST, SOAP, ETL, etc.
● Demonstrated self-composure, tolerance for ambiguity, and integrity.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret complex business requirements
● Excellent written and oral communication skills with peers and leadership as demonstrated by documentation that is well organized and easy to comprehend.
Preferred
● Experience with master data management.
● Experience with the streaming, broadcasting, and/or entertainment industries.
