What We Do
The NCS Training Development Manager will play a pivotal role in setting up the structure of NCS business training programs and ensuring the organization is meeting the ongoing business training needs of our employees. This position involves making recommendations on how to best leverage existing resources, assessing development needs, and partnering directly with business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Instructional Designers to create training that addresses current and future business requirements with a goal of enhancing employees’ skills and preparing them for the future.

Key Responsibilities:
 

Strategic Program Development:

  • Establish and refine the structure of training programs and offerings to align with business objectives.
  • Evaluate current resources and identify gaps, recommending solutions to optimize training delivery.

Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Partner with business SMEs to identify both current and future training needs and objectives.
  • Collaborate with instructional designers to create engaging and effective training materials.
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment and clarity in training objectives.

Evaluation and Improvement:

  • Develop and utilize evaluation tools to measure training program effectiveness.
  • Collect and analyze feedback to identify improvement areas and implement enhancements.
  • Implement diverse training formats, including e-learning, workshops, and webinars, to cater to various learning styles.

Administration and Reporting:

  • Manage training schedules, records, and documentation efficiently.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on training activities, outcomes, and ROI for management review.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with SMEs across various business functions
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design models and platforms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Pay Range: $109,650-$146,175 annually
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting.  Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
