Description

The Director, Client Consulting has a proven track record of identifying, cultivating, and maintaining deep client partnerships and has shown that they can develop individual relationships at all levels in the organization, including C-suite. They are a highly motivated, organized, and thorough leader that can highly internalize who Human8 is and what we offer as a human-driven consultancy. This role will pursue and cultivate consultative relationships with Fortune 500 client organizations that will result in the acquisition of structural and project-based engagements. This role will subsequently lead an internal engagement delivery team and oversee these engagements, providing strategic guidance internally and to clients.

Responsibilities

Revenue Generation & Business Development:
  • Expand our client portfolio by leveraging your existing network of former clients and business connections, while also identifying and developing new relationships within the industry
  • Consistently and solidly demonstrate the ability to develop and grow strong, long-term client partnerships that result in strong revenue generation
  • Have an influencing presence internally and externally and communicate ideas in a way that persuades others to buy-in and take action – at all levels of the organization including C-suite
  • Proactively identify new client growth opportunities. Identify needs across different departments, enabling cross-selling, upselling, and tailored solutions. Prospect and network with new logos, using a variety of strategies, including outbound calls, social outreach, email campaigns, lapsed client campaigns and other sales techniques.
  • Stay up-to-date on clients’ business, industry, and competitive landscape, proactively identifying value-added consulting to help, leveraging our full portfolio of solutions
  • Foster strong client loyalty through the demonstration of exceptional engagement execution and client service skills

Client Services & Organizational Leadership
  • Act as Marketing Insights Consultant, providing continual strategic thinking and added value to clients and internal execution teams to ensure that we are answering the client’s business challenge and helping to move the client organization forward
  • Deliver strategic, influential presentations and other forms of client communications for audiences from front-line to executives
  • Plan, design, and facilitate multi-disciplinary client workshops
  • Foster collaboration with other teams, specialty areas, and global growth at Human8 appropriate competencies together for a cohesive result
  • Act as a leader within team relative to account development and securing team revenue forecast
  • Responsible for the development of training and development of junior-level talent to execute sales activities
Sales Support & Operations
  • Effectively manage your sales funnel, accurately enter and maintain data in HubSpot to track sales activities, measure performance against targets, and optimize sales processes.
Client Nurturing & Revenue Generation
  • Quickly establish rapport and build trust with executive audiences, actively listening for their needs and influencing decision-making.
  • Maintain continuous communication with clients to deepen relationships, ensuring repeat business and revenue growth.
  • Drive opportunities through the sales funnel, advancing new business deals with a focus on closing and revenue accountability.
  • Leverage existing business relationships to penetrate new accounts and expand sales efforts.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of several million-dollar revenue generation with C-suite clients, including:
    • The ability to gain quick credibility and engage in strategic discussions about project strategy, scope, and implications
    • Creating persuasive proposals and presentations that connect a client’s needs and objectives with thoughtful, customized solutions to influence business audiences
    • Experience facilitating meetings and workshops with clients at multiple levels of an organization
    • Knowledge of FMCG/Financial/Hospitality industries a plus!
