MUST HAVE STRONG B2C SALES EXPERIENCE IN ONLINE SALES ORGANIZATION (e.g., timeshare, cruises, luxury goods, high-cost goods)

Responsibilities

  • Lead Sales Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies that align with business goals and drive revenue growth.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Oversee and direct the sales team to consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals (targeting $50 million+ annually).
  • Sales Team Leadership: Build, lead, and mentor a dynamic sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and high performance.
  • Hiring & Training: Manage the recruitment, onboarding, and continuous training of sales personnel, ensuring that the team is well-equipped to succeed and deliver top-tier results.
  • Performance Monitoring & Coaching: Regularly assess team performance, provide feedback, and implement strategies to improve individual and team performance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams to align sales efforts and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize sales analytics, CRM data, and market insights to adjust strategies and optimize the sales pipeline.
  • Reporting & Communication: Regularly report on sales performance, key metrics, and strategic initiatives to senior leadership.


Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years in a Director/VP sales role within a business-to-consumer (B2C) online sales or timeshare organization. (B2B experience will not be considered.)
  • Proven track record of successfully leading a sales team and achieving $50 million+ in annual sales.
  • Strong experience in building, training, and managing sales teams.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate a sales team to consistently meet and exceed targets.
  • Expertise in developing and executing sales strategies that drive growth and maximize revenue.
  • Deep understanding of sales operations, CRM systems, and e-commerce sales platforms.
  • Strong ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Highly focused on achieving measurable outcomes, with a hands-on approach to solving problems and improving sales performance.

Salary

  • Monthly bonus based on sales target.
