Duties and Responsibilities:

Provides direction and solutions in the development of JBT’s ERP platforms in all aspects with a primary focus on operational and technical improvements. Preferably in Tableau.

Evaluates information gathered from multiple sources, reconciles conflicts, breaks high-level information into detailed data, able to summarize detailed information into high level summaries, and can distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.

Manage process improvements around automation, data collection, control frameworks, and system upgrades, new business onboarding, and training & support.

Gain understanding of JBT operations and systems to create solutions to manage our business.

Communicates with various levels including management, operations, finance, audit, project management at both Senior and Junior levels.

Analyzes data to identify opportunities trends and countermeasures on Supply Chain performance, inventory reductions, cash availability and inventory related efficiencies.

Supports inventory management optimization initiatives.

Reviews data and makes recommendations to optimize the supply chain and/or operations.

Participate and provide feedback on make-buy studies.

Develops and supports a variety of reporting requirements, including but not limited to cost reductions, transition status of key initiatives, payment terms, inventory, etc.

Analyzes market and delivery conditions to determine present and future material or service availability and prepares market analysis reports.

Ability to work independently, seek guidance when required and drive projects in a matrix environment. Continuous improvement mindset. Positive communications skill, high energy level and a desire to succeed are all integral to the role.

Build analytical models and KPI dashboards

Create / support the data point adoption and processes to improve delivery and product availability for competitive advantage.
