Our Associate Director of Sponsor Success is on the frontline ensuring clinical research professionals have an overwhelmingly positive, valuable experience when using OneStudyTeam's cloud-based platform, StudyTeam.
What You'll Be Working On
Builds and fosters relationships with our pharma, biotech and life science Sponsors.
Manages the daily complexity and coordination of using our solutions to support clinical trials .
Drives the operational roll-out of trial implementation, including project management, meeting and reporting success metrics.
Ensures an overall successful experience by conveying the value (including ROI, productivity, speed) Reify Health brings to the clinical trial process.
Increases adoption of our product by clinical research sponsors. This includes securing new trials within existing sponsor customers and securing expansion deals with sponsor customers.
This position requires an individual who can balance all facets of client support, utilize strategic influence, and mobilize internal resources to resolve client issues.
This position is fully remote
What You Bring to OneStudyTeam
6+ years progressive movement in a client-facing customer success role within a SaaS or PaaS, ideally within the health tech or clinical industry.
Proven ability to form and maintain relationships with Enterprise-level client stakeholders at varying levels of their organization.
Proven experience navigating high-level conversations, identifying options, developing processes, and creating solutions for ambiguous issues that may arise.
Prior experience onboarding new customers, developing and executing on a customer success program, developing and executing on programs to drive utilization of a new product.
Ability and interest to take on additional leadership and management responsibilities. Examples include managing a team to support a Sponsor account.
A strategic listening ear that helps bring customer and user feedback to our Product and Design Teams. These insights help optimize features that delight our users and create unique value for our customers.A passion for improving healthcare and an informed desire to join a startup.
