Job description

PROJECT INFORMATION:

Industry: Chemical / innovative materials

Start: ASAP

Contract: 6 months + possible extensions

Work model: 100% remote

Project language: English

The primary goal of this role is to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring that business requirements are effectively transformed into actionable insights and functional specifications.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify and document business needs, processes, and requirements.
  • Analyze current business workflows and identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Develop functional specifications, user stories, and process models to support solution design and implementation.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure business requirements are correctly translated into system solutions.
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to gather feedback and validate requirements.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and assist in troubleshooting issues during implementation.
  • Ensure alignment of solutions with business objectives, compliance standards, and industry best practices.
  • Document and maintain business process models, functional designs, and system documentation.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to business users as needed.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills and experience in business analysis.
  • Experience in documenting business processes and requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience with functional specification development.
  • Familiarity with Industrial, Supply Chain, Quality & HSE processes.

Nice to Have:

  • Prior experience in user acceptance testing (UAT).
