Clients operate in industries like fashion, beauty & wellness, lifestyle, and home, and often manage complex fulfillment, supplier, and inventory flows. Teams are spread across cities like Copenhagen, Stockholm, Gothenburg, Berlin, and Amsterdam, and are in general open to remote-first setups in CET ±3h for the right candidate.

🎯 What You’ll Typically Do

As an Operations Specialist working with our clients, you’ll support day-to-day processes behind logistics, fulfillment, product flow, and tools — making sure things run smoothly and scale efficiently.

Track and improve key operational processes (logistics, warehousing, returns, inventory)
Collaborate with suppliers and 3PL partners to ensure performance and timelines
Support tool improvements and automations (Shopify, Airtable, Notion, etc.)
Assist with product launches and back-office execution (POs, stock updates, delivery tracking)
Build reporting dashboards and process documentation to support better decision-making

Typical tools (examples): Shopify, Notion, Excel/Google Sheets, Airtable, Trello, Gorgias, Shipmondo
