Position Overview
CWT is seeking for an Intern.
Position Description
Act as a project administrator/business analyst for the Customer Effectiveness/Sales team for new and existing services or processes to improve customer experience.
Support the project team to complete successfully all phases of data analysis, including but not limited to planning, data collection, data cleansing, analysis, and recommending solutions.
Work with internal stakeholders to prepare and analyze traveler and travel manager surveys, identify trends and coordinate action planning.
Analyze qualitative and quantitative data, including from social media, to understand customer behavior and travel trends.
Support Meeting & Event team and Sales team with administrative duties and data collection.
Work closely with the Strategy team to ensure we provide compelling stories to retain our customers and win new ones.
Conduct internal presentations to project teams and related stakeholders from various functional areas, such as Sales and Program Management.
Provide administrative support in preparation for GBT transition.
Qualifications
Position Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields. We accept military experience/certification(s) in lieu of BA degree.
1 year of customer service or digital marketing experience preferred.
Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills.
Analytical problem solver.
Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong attention to detail.
Solid working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access.
Highly organized and ability to develop relationships.
