Overview
DLH is seeking an experienced Capture Manager to drive opportunities in the US Federal Health marketplace, focusing on securing existing business and winning new single award contracts valued at (>50M). This role requires a commitment to ethical practices, strong business acumen, and technical expertise. The ideal candidate will be resourceful in managing process-driven captures and skilled in building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Collaboration with business development and management teams is essential, along with strong negotiation skills and a proven track record of success in the federal health sector. Reporting to the President of Public Health & Scientific Research, the successful candidate will develop and execute capture strategies, assess, shape, and qualify opportunities, orchestrate bid strategies, oversee proposal development, and foster a culture of ethical winning. Basic Compensation: $210,000 -$ 240,000 yearly salary
The salary range listed reflects what we reasonably expect to pay for this role at the time of posting. The final offer may vary based on skills, experience, geographic location, market conditions, and internal equity.
