Job Description:

We’re looking for a US-based Growth Marketer, a data-driven, channel-agnostic marketer who thrives on experimentation, optimization, and finding smart, scalable ways to grow. In this role, you’ll act like a “CMO lite,” owning the growth strategy while executing hands-on campaigns. You'll collaborate with specialists across content marketing, email/lifecycle marketing, brand marketing, and social media — but you’ll lead the charge on where and how we grow next. This role is built for someone who’s done it before. Someone who understands what moves the needle at early-stage and growth-stage companies. Someone who can blend strategy with execution, spot opportunities, and follow through to make them real.

Responsibilities:

  • Own growth strategy across acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue.
  • Design, run, and optimize A/B and multivariate tests across paid, organic, and owned channels.
  • Scale paid marketing spend efficiently across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn.
  • Explore and evaluate emerging marketing channels and new opportunities for growth.
  • Optimize landing pages, funnels, onboarding flows, and customer journeys for higher conversion.
  • Collaborate with content, lifecycle, brand, and social media teams to amplify growth campaigns.
  • Analyze performance metrics like CAC, LTV, ROAS, retention rates, and activation rates to inform strategy.
  • Segment audiences and personalize campaigns based on behavior, demographics, and psychographics.
  • Select and recommend martech tools to enable better tracking, automation, and optimization.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in a growth marketing role, ideally at a startup or high-growth company.
  • Proven ability to scale channels and improve full-funnel performance.
  • Strong skills in data analysis, reporting, and modeling growth projections.
  • Hands-on experience with paid acquisition, CRO, email marketing, and SEO/organic strategies.
  • Deep expertise in at least one marketing channel with a broad understanding of others.
  • A "test and learn" mindset — constantly experimenting, learning, and iterating.
  • Collaborative team player who can work cross-functionally with specialists.
  • Comfortable with martech platforms like HubSpot, GA4, Mixpanel, or similar.
  • Clear communicator, able to distill insights, influence teams, and align growth priorities.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
