Job Title: Cold Calling Team Lead
Location:
Remote LATAM or Philippines preferred (EST Time Zone)
Salary Range:
up to 1400 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST

Position Overview:

Were looking for a Cold Calling Team Lead to help build and support a growing outbound sales function. In this role, you'll lead by example: making calls, coaching junior cold callers, and helping refine scripts and processes. Its a great fit for someone passionate about sales, has cold calling experience, and is ready to take on leadership responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound cold calls to prospective leads in the real estate space (vacant land)
  • Support hiring and onboarding of new cold callers
  • Coach and train team members through feedback and call reviews
  • Refine cold calling scripts and objection handling approaches
  • Track performance metrics and help improve results over time


Qualifications:

  • Strong spoken English and clear communication
  • Prior experience in outbound cold calling (U.S.-based campaigns preferred)
  • Some experience mentoring or coaching teammates in a sales environment
  • High comfort with cold calling, performance metrics, and handling objections


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Familiarity with dialer tools like ReadyMode
  • Experience using Follow Up Boss or a similar CRM
  • Exposure to U.S. real estate or land sales
  • Previous experience hiring or training cold callers
