We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Treasury Analyst to join our dynamic Treasury team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting corporate treasury activities such as debt investor relations, cash flow forecasting, debt management and cash management support. This position offers excellent exposure to strategic initiatives, senior leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain cash flow forecasts; analyze historical trends, business drivers, and key assumptions to improve forecast accuracy
Partner with financial reporting, FP&A, Tax, Accounting, and business unit teams to gather inputs and insights
Analyze working capital trends and identify opportunities for optimization
Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to working capital
Assist in preparing investor presentations and materials for investor calls, conferences, and other investor events
Support the development of key messaging and communication strategies for debt investors
Track and analyze investor activity and market trends
Provide support for debt management and reporting, management of rating agency relationships, and cash operations
Support Treasury technology implementations and process improvements as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, science, or related field
2+ years of experience in finance or business preferred, Treasury, FP&A or Accounting experience a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Strong financial modeling skills
Ability to develop constructive relationships with colleagues across the organization
Strong work ethic, self-motivated work style, effective communicator, both verbal and written
Demonstrated ability to organize and process multiple requests to ensure timely and accurate completion.
Solution-oriented with strong follow-through and prioritization skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Google Suite a plus

A reasonable estimate of salary range for a new employee to be offered this role would be $38,000 - $155,000 which would be adjusted based on each employee's geographic location. The position of each employee within a compensation range at Nielsen is dependent on several individual circumstances, such as experience, training, certifications and other business requirements/needs.
