Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Returns Executive to join our Returns Team. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in managing Amazon FBA returns, as well as warehouse (WH) processes. This role is critical to maintaining our customer satisfaction, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency. You will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and resolving return-related issues on the Amazon platform, ensuring compliance with Amazon’s return policies, and coordinating with internal warehouse teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage daily Amazon FBA return reports and dashboards.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to returns, reimbursements, and damaged or lost inventory.
  • Coordinate with Amazon Seller Central support teams to raise and track cases regarding return anomalies.
  • Reconcile customer returns with physical inventory and warehouse reports.
  • Manage the return of unsellable inventory from Amazon FCs (Fulfillment Centers) to company warehouse.
  • Identify high-return SKUs, analyze root causes, and propose corrective actions.
  • Ensure timely processing of reimbursements and removal orders.
  • Track and document all return-related metrics and KPIs.
  • Maintain clear records of all communications and resolutions with Amazon and third-party service providers.
  • Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure proper inspection, categorization, and disposition of returned goods.
  • Stay updated on the latest Amazon FBA policies, return handling procedures, and reimbursement guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Amazon FBA operations with a focus on returns.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central, FBA return workflows, and reimbursement processes.
  • Experience with warehouse/inventory management systems and return logistics.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reconciliation.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • High attention to detail and process-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in an e-commerce or retail company managing high return volumes.
  • Knowledge of Amazon removal orders, FC processing timelines, and warehouse QC procedures.
  • Familiarity with return automation tools or software is a plus.
