Job description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Online Sales Specialist, the role involves developing strategic client relationships, aligning customer needs with our digital products and services, and managing the full online sales cycle — from prospecting and engagement to closing deals.
The ideal candidate will use online platforms, social media, and digital marketing tools to maximize sales opportunities, enhance client satisfaction, and achieve revenue targets, all while working in a collaborative virtual team environment.

  • Build strategic relationships with business leaders to grow and monetize Payment Solutions' online client portfolio.
  • Align prospects’ vision and needs with Payment Solutions’ products and services to deliver differentiated value.
  • Act as a strategic advisor by deeply understanding clients’ businesses, goals, strategies, and industry trends.
  • Generate revenue and profit margins by acquiring new clients for Payment Solutions.
  • Regularly follow up with clients across all levels and disciplines, effectively communicating Payment Solutions’ value proposition.
  • Manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously across various stages of the sales cycle
  • Executing and closing new business following the company's sales methodology.
  • Execute pipeline management, revenue forecasting, and reporting projections accurately.
  • Collaborate in a virtual team environment to coordinate vendors and meet diverse client requirements.
  • Leverage websites, social media, and digital marketing channels to drive sales and conversions.
  • Manage and optimize websites to maximize online sales, coordinate promotional campaigns, and conduct market research to identify new opportunities.


Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Administration or a related field.
  • 4 years’ experience in online sales or virtual sales roles.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Solid understanding of digital sales processes and online marketing techniques.
  • Ability to manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and performance metrics.
  • Proficient in using digital marketing tools, website management, and social media platforms.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a virtual team environment.
  • Good command of English (written and spoken).
