Key Responsibilities:
Support project planning, scheduling, and coordination across teams.
Assist in tracking project progress, identifying risks, and ensuring deadlines are met.
Help facilitate agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Collaborate with engineers, designers, and stakeholders to maintain project alignment.
Prepare and update project documentation, reports, and presentations.
Research and implement best practices for improving project workflows.
Communicate project updates and potential roadblocks to relevant teams.
Qualifications:
Proven work experience as a product manager, shipping working software to end users
Ability to analyze and balance technical, business, and customer needs
Experience breaking down complex software tasks into actionable work for developers.
Strong prioritization and time-management skills
Strong collaborative skills with engineers and designers
Knowledge of agile methodologies (XP, Kanban) is a plus.
