Job Description

We’re seeking a talented Social Media Assistant to build and manage our social media presence across multiple platforms during our exciting launch phase. You’ll be instrumental in establishing our brand voice, growing our following organically, and connecting with the wedding community. This role offers the perfect blend of creative content management and strategic community building, allowing you to make a direct impact on our growth while working with beautiful, meaningful products that celebrate love and memories.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute organic growth strategies across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
  • Create and maintain engaging content calendars aligned with wedding industry trends
  • Build and nurture relationships with bridal communities and wedding industry influencers
  • Optimize content for maximum reach using platform-specific best practices
  • Monitor and leverage social media algorithms to increase organic visibility
  • Manage website content updates as needed
  • Track engagement metrics and adjust strategies for optimal performance
  • Identify and engage with target demographic groups in the wedding industry


Requirements

  • Proven experience in organic social media growth and community building
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Experience in building social media accounts from zero
  • Knowledge of or passion for the wedding industry
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience with multiple social media platforms
  • Comfortable with basic website content management
  • Portfolio of previous social media work preferred
