This is a remote position.

Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 10 AM to 3 PM | Texas (Central Time Zone)

Paid hours per week: 20 hours/week, with a clear path to full-time

Job Description

This role offers an exceptional opportunity to work directly with the firm’s leadership while managing critical financial operations for various business clients. Starting as a part-time position with a clear pathway to full-time, you’ll be integral to delivering high-quality financial services in a professional environment that values accuracy and attention to detail. You’ll handle sophisticated financial tasks, including monthly reconciliations, payroll processing, and financial reporting for board meetings. This position provides excellent exposure to comprehensive bookkeeping practices while working in a structured, growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities
  • Execute precise monthly account reconciliations, ensuring perfect accuracy
  • Process and manage regular payroll operations for multiple clients
  • Administer 401(k) program responsibilities with attention to compliance
  • Prepare detailed financial statements for executive review and board meetings
  • Perform month-end closing procedures following established protocols
  • Maintain meticulous financial records and documentation
  • Handle time-sensitive administrative and financial tasks
  • Support the preparation of professional board meeting materials
  • Ensure all monthly deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines
