Legal Assistant/Paralegal (ZR_22574_JOB)

This is a remote position.

Job Highlights:

Contract: Independent Contractor
Schedule: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm EST with 1 hour unpaid break
Client Timezone: US Central Time (Minnesota-based), they want this hire to work under EST though.

Scope:

• Remote work with secure virtual desktop interface
  
• Direct reporting to principal attorney
  
• Handling confidential legal documentation
  
• Client communication support

Responsibilities:

• Provide virtual administrative support to the principal attorney
  
• Conduct legal research and document preparation
  
• Handle confidential client information and documents
  
• Assist with client communication and coordination
  
• Manage scheduling and calendar organization
  
• Process incoming client inquiries and documentation
  

Requirements

• Legal background or paralegal certification (Philippines or equivalent)
  
• 3-4 years of experience in legal administrative support
  
• Strong English language proficiency
  
• Ability to work US time zone hours
  
• Experience with legal research and documentation
  
• Proficiency with Windows-based systems and legal software
