The Market Research Analyst conducts market research studies that support the Cleveland Clinic enterprise, such as the Division of Marketing and Communications, Office of Patient Experience, Operations, Patient Financial Services, administration and clinical areas within the organization. This position supports all Cleveland Clinic locations, including domestic and international facilities. The role involves creating and programming surveys, analyzing data using statistical software, and creating reports to present findings. Proficiency in SPSS and Qualtrics or related software is ideal.
A caregiver in this position works days, from 8:00am—5:00pm.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
Support the development/selection of appropriate research methodology to best meet the needs of the client.
Manage relationships and projects with external vendors as needed.
Create research proposals for internal clients and Request for Proposals (RFPs) for external vendors.
Review and evaluate vendor proposals to ensure they meet client objectives and have a sound methodological relevance as well as select the proposal that best meets client needs.
Create quantitative online/telephone questionnaires and qualitative screening instruments and moderator guides.
Program online questionnaires using an electronic survey platform.
Design and coordinate the distribution of surveys to relevant audiences, such as general consumers, patients, employees and physicians.
Analyze data and write reports in an innovative manner, which includes incorporating the latest research technology and techniques.
Assist in developing recommendations and implications for clients based on research findings and objectives.
Assist with conducting client meetings / Presents research results to internal clients.
Coordinate and manage multiple projects/tasks in a timely manner.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Market Research, Psychology or Sociology or related field with quantitative research methods as well as exposure to qualitative methods
3 years of qualitative and quantitative research techniques
Strong analytical, critical thinking and communication skills
Excellent at problem solving and relationship building
Can work independently and within groups on tasks
Well-developed computer skills with the ability to use multiple software packages for abstracting, manipulating and analyzing primary and secondary data from internal and external sources
Good writing skills
Knowledge of basic marketing and market research principles, terminology and techniques
Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

Physical Requirements:
Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods.
Ability to travel throughout the hospital system.
