Information Technology – Remote (U.S. Based)

The Christian Broadcasting Network (CBN) is seeking an experienced Data Integration and Business Intelligence Developer to join our IT team! This professional will be responsible for designing and implementing enterprise-level data integration and business intelligence solutions using digital analytics platforms, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

Experience with database platforms, especially MS SQL Server.
Strong experience with T-SQL.
Strong understanding of relational and dimensional database structures, theories, principles, and practices.
Hands-on experience with data warehouse architecture, extract/transform/load (ETL) and business requirements gathering and analysis.
Experience with MS SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
Ability to conduct research into database issues, standards and products as required.
Excellent technical architecture and technical support documentation skills.
Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities.
Strong written and oral communication skills with ability to present ideas in user-friendly language.
Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to establish professional rapport with all levels of management, staff, and public.
Ability to effectively prioritize, execute tasks, and consistently meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
Self-motivated with ability to work independently as well as be an effective member of a collaborative team.

Desirable Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Familiarity with Azure, Google Cloud Platform, BigQuery and other cloud platforms
Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 and Looker Studio.
Experience with MS SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
Familiarity with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), Excel PowerPivot, or Power BI.
Exposure to cloud platforms including Google Cloud Platform, Azure, or AWS.
Working knowledge of current systems software, networking protocols, and standards (e.g., MS Windows Server, TCP/IP).
Understanding of data privacy regulations and practices (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).
