We are seeking a strategic Director of B2B Marketing to lead the growth and market penetration of our acquisition, appraisal, inventory management, and digital retail solutions. This pivotal role will oversee the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that drive demand and awareness of our products as well as empowering our Revenue teams to achieve ambitious revenue targets. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned leader with a proven track record of success in B2B platform marketing, ideally in the automotive space, who is adept at managing and mentoring high-performing teams and people managers


This role looks across lines of business for ways to better monetize products, drive revenue, and retain customers. This position will report to the Vice President of B2B Marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Focus on positioning, packaging, and market share growth across AccuTrade, Dealer Inspire, and DealerClub solutions. 

  • Partner with the Director of Planning and Ops to develop dealer and OEM-focused audience segmentation, targeting, and campaign messages.

  • Lead all product marketing positioning, why buys, reasons to believe, and sales playbooks across AccuTrade, Dealer Inspire, and DealerClub solutions. 

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform strategic positioning and solutions offerings.

  • Work cross-functionally across Sales, Product, Design, Engineering, B2B & B2C Marketing, Research & Analytics, Data Insights, etc. to lead critical go-to-market initiatives.

  • Partner with the Senior Director of B2B Marketing to identify new revenue opportunities by unlocking cross-sell tactics across Cars Commerce solutions.

  • Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing effectiveness. Utilize quantitative and qualitative analyses to guide media strategies and enhance tactical planning, execution, and optimization.

  • Work closely with Sales and Product leaders on a feedback loop for continuous product innovation, case study needs, and positioning.

  • Partner Corporate Communications & Events teams to represent our product marketing and go-to-market strategies at NADA and other key industry events.

  • Recruit and retain top talent to meet the needs of a growing team and evolving product portfolio.

 

Experience/ Skills:

  • 8+ years B2B Marketing experience with a proven track record of success across multiple product lines or subbrands

  • Experience in marketing digital retail solutions and platforms

  • Combination of B2B and B2C experience

  • Deep understanding of the digital media landscape, agency experience a plus

  • Strong writing and storytelling skills

  • Strategic mindset and strong organizational leadership skills

  • Eye for optimizing process

Salary Range

$149,800.00-187,250.00
