Project scope

• Migration of infra from traditional security platforms to Zscaler cloud-based platform.

• Resources are required to work in hyper care support team (telephonic / email / Chat support) which will involve handling deployment related incidents around the globe.

Skillset Required

• Sound knowledge on Zscaler ZIA and ZPA architecture preferably certified ZIA / ZPA

• Hands on experience or extensive training on Zscaler is Mandatory

• Windows Client OS Troubleshooting for Networking issues

• Installation and un-installation of softwares (vpn clients, antivirus etc)

• Troubleshooting vpn client software

• Good and professional English communication is must.

• Candidates should be willing to work in shifts

• L2 knowledge on firewall technologies
