What we’re looking for:

As a Salesforce Developer at Trusted, you will focus on developing and maintaining complex customizations and automations within our Salesforce environment. You'll partner closely with Engineering, Operations, and Business teams to ensure Salesforce supports our strategic and operational needs effectively.

Your responsibilities:

  • Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
  • Understand, troubleshoot, and enhance complex Salesforce automation processes.
  • Collaborate closely with Operations, Business, and Engineering teams to define, implement, and refine Salesforce solutions.
  • Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and services using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Maintain high standards of Salesforce code quality through best practices, testing, and continuous improvement.
  • Support and optimize Salesforce deployment processes through CI/CD pipelines.
  • Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and problem-solving in Salesforce applications.
  • Stay up-to-date with Salesforce updates and proactively suggest improvements and optimizations.

You have: 

  • 8+ years of Salesforce development experience using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
  • Demonstrable expertise in Salesforce customization, automation, and integration.
  • Strong experience in building, understanding, and troubleshooting complex Salesforce automations.
  • Proficiency in API integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
  • Experience with version control systems (GitHub) and Salesforce CI/CD tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • English fluency is required
  • Salesforce Developer certification highly preferred.
  • Startup or high-growth company experience is beneficial.

Trusted reasonably anticipates the below to be the monthly base salary range for this role. The final compensation for this position will vary based on geographic location and candidate experience relative to what Trusted reasonably anticipates for this position.
