Role Overview
We’re on the hunt for a Part-Time Senior Marketing Operations Specialist, reporting to the Head of Marketing Strategy, who thrives in the intersection of strategic systems design and execution. This role goes far beyond implementation—you’ll lead the charge in reshaping how our clients use their Martech Stack to drive performance, compliance, and clarity across their marketing and sales ecosystems. If you’re someone who loves digging into messy CRMs, architecting enterprise-grade solutions, and making sure no automation goes rogue—this is your jam.You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to perform deep CRM audits, build data governance frameworks, and overhaul automation strategy.
