VirtueStaff is looking for a proactive and personable Customer Service Representative to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for interacting with our customers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving any issues they may encounter. Your goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and provide them with a seamless experience that enhances our reputation as a leader in service delivery.


Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate information
  • Resolve customer complaints effectively while maintaining a positive customer experience
  • Document customer interactions and issues in our CRM system for tracking and reporting purposes
  • Assist in order processing, account management, and other customer requests
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve service delivery
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new products and services
  • Provide feedback to management on customer trends and areas for improvement in service
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and poise
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other digital communication tools
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when needed
