​​Looking for Filipino (Philippines-based) candidates

Job Role: Senior Recruiter (004 - 00161)

Work Schedule: 40 hrs / week (Australian Timezone, YES!, that means day shift here in the Philippines!)

Salary: 1,500 - 1,800 AUD / Month (Final offer will be based on the client’s assessment, as well as your experience and background)

Contract Type: Independent Contractor Agreement; Full-Time

Role Overview:

The client is seeking a highly experienced Senior Recruiter to join our dynamic team. This is an exceptional long-term opportunity for a talented individual with a proven track record in sourcing and engaging with potential candidates, particularly within the financial services and project and technology sectors in Australia. As a Senior Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in driving our recruitment efforts, representing the Company with the highest standards of professionalism and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including creating job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the offer process.
  • Sourcing and Liaising: Identify and engage top talent through various platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and ATS systems. Liaise directly with candidates to understand their qualifications and career aspirations.
  • Industry Expertise: Leverage your deep knowledge of the financial services and project and technology sectors to identify the best candidates. Understand and use industry-specific terminology and technologies effectively.
  • Role Diversity: Recruit for a wide range of positions from senior levels such as Program Directors to Test Analysts, ensuring a thorough understanding of the requirements for each role.
  • Communication Skills: Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills to represent the Company positively and professionally to candidates and stakeholders.
  • Team Building: Utilize your recruitment success to help build and lead a growing recruitment team. Demonstrate leadership capabilities and a collaborative approach.
  • Platform Proficiency: Utilize recruitment platforms and ATS packages efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records and ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
  • Autonomy and Initiative: Work independently with minimal guidance, taking initiative to meet recruitment goals and deadlines.

Requirements

  • Experience: Over 5 years of recruitment experience, with a significant portion within financial services and project and technology sectors in Australia.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the financial services industry, project and technology space, and relevant terminologies and technologies.
  • Diverse Recruitment: Proven ability to recruit for a range of roles from senior management to entry-level positions.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Team Leadership: Demonstrated ability to build and lead a recruitment team based on successful hiring performance.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency with LinkedIn, various job boards, and ATS packages.
