Job description

Datex is a family-owned and operated B2B SaaS company and we are growing! This means that we are expanding our Revenue Generation team. We're seeking an agile, data-driven Growth Marketing Manager to help accelerate pipeline and drive scalable revenue growth. 

As part of our marketing team, you will own the strategy and execution of multichannel campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and qualified leads. This role will build and optimize the marketing funnel from top to bottom, using paid media, SEO, email, and conversion rate optimization tactics. 

This is a hands-on role where you'll experiment, analyze, and optimize campaigns that drive measurable results. You play a crucial role in scaling demand generation and improving marketing efficiency through smart strategy, tight execution, and continuous optimization. 

You’ll report to the Sr. Director of Marketing and work closely with marketing, BD, sales, our digital agency and contractors.

Role and Responsibilities 

  • Lead integrated demand generation campaigns to drive interest, generate qualified leads, and accelerate pipeline. These multichannel campaigns include emails, paid ads, newsletters, events, webinars, partner programs, third-party lead generation programs, and advertising (executed in close collaboration with your marketing team members). 
  • Collaborate on campaign content strategy. 
  • Drive the growth and health of our marketing database by increasing the volume of engaged contacts while maintaining data quality. This includes sourcing new leads through campaigns, ensuring accurate segmentation, managing data hygiene, and optimizing lead capture across channels. 
  • Track, analyze and report on campaign performance and generate actionable insights and recommendations for funnel optimization. 
  • Manage paid digital marketing (LinkedIn, Google Ads).  
  • Develop and manage email marketing and nurture strategies. 
  • Optimize landing pages, CTAs, and lead capture forms to improve conversion 
  • Leverage marketing automation tools; you need to be a HubSpot expert.  
  • Contribute to lead scoring, funnel metrics, attribution modeling, and reporting (in close collaboration with a digital agency). 
  • Support ABM programs. 

 Qualifications

  • 4–6 years of B2B marketing experience in SaaS or tech. 
  • Proven success in growth marketing within a B2B SaaS environment (we want to see examples!) 
  • Expert in HubSpot and experience with LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads. 
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with performance metrics and dashboards. 
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills. You will have to be able to work cross-functionally and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. 

 Preferred Skills 

  • Experience with 6sense and Dynamics is a plus. 
  • Familiarity with A/B testing tools and techniques. 
  • Great writing and messaging instincts? That’s a big plus.
