Job description

Dairy MAX is seeking a visionary and dynamic leader to serve as Vice President of AI Strategy & Consumer Impact. This executive will report directly to the CEO and serve as a strategic thought partner, leading the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) across marketing, stakeholder engagement, partnership development, and organizational operations.

The role is grounded in a clear mandate: deliver measurable return on investment (ROI) for dairy farm families by using AI to drive smarter consumer connection, faster execution, and stronger impact across the entire value chain.

Requirements

AI-Driven Consumer Engagement & Marketing

 • Leverage AI to generate actionable consumer insights, trend forecasting, and sentiment analysis.

 • Lead personalization strategies across web, email, and social platforms to deepen consumer connection.

 • Automate and scale content creation while ensuring brand consistency and relevance.

 • Optimize media buying and targeting using predictive modeling and real-time campaign analytics.

Retail, Foodservice & Health Professional Support

 • Use AI to identify and respond to regional demand signals and emerging opportunities in retail and foodservice.

 • Develop co-branded campaign strategies using AI-generated insights on consumer behavior and purchase patterns.

 • Tailor and automate outreach and education efforts to health professionals using audience segmentation and adaptive learning technologies. 

Measurement & ROI Optimization

• Build and manage dashboards to track program and campaign performance in real time.

• Apply machine learning to identify high-impact initiatives and resource allocation strategies.

• Establish clear, data-driven KPIs that directly align with Dairy MAX’s strategic objectives.

Farmer Storytelling & Advocacy

• Elevate the farmer voice by using AI tools to identify, amplify, and distribute high-performing stories.

• Scale social media advocacy efforts using content generation tools and influencer amplification strategies.

Policy, Public Affairs & Media Support

• Monitor and analyze public sentiment, legislative trends, and media narratives using AI-powered social listening and NLP tools.

 • Develop timely, data-informed responses, policy briefs, and public-facing content using generative AI.

Organizational Innovation & Operational Efficiency

• Champion internal adoption of AI tools to improve productivity (e.g., meeting summarization, workflow automation, knowledge management).

 • Build AI literacy across teams and departments by developing training tools, use cases, and best practices.

 Qualifications:

 • 10+ years of leadership experience in marketing, digital strategy, innovation, or analytics, ideally with exposure to food, health, or sustainability sectors.

•  DFW or DFW Metropolitan strongly preferred.

 • Proven track record of deploying AI solutions to improve performance and engagement.

 • Strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities and a passion for using technology to solve real-world challenges.

 • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence at the executive level.

 • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with a bias toward action and innovation.
