About Enfuce

We bring together the brightest minds and best technology to help visionary leaders drive transformative business growth and exceptional customer engagement. Together we solve customer challenges and extend financial inclusion across society.

Founded in 2016, Enfuce is a global company with teams in Finland, Germany, Sweden and the UK. Enfuce, a female-founded fintech, has raised a total of €62 million in several funding rounds – including one of the highest investment rounds raised by a female-led business.

Whether you’re building your career, leading change from the front or looking for new challenges, Enfuce can help you flourish. While we champion community and collaboration, we recognise the importance of your individualism. Every employee brings something unique to the table. Our environment fosters the best work from everyone and empowers them to make a meaningful, valuable difference every day.

About the role:

  • The Technical Onboarding Manager (TOM) at Enfuce plays a critical role in the successful onboarding and configuration of our card issuing and processing services. You are a key technical partner working alongside our Project Managers, providing the hands-on configuration expertise and problem-solving muscle that ensures each customer's setup meets their unique business needs.
  • While the Project Manager oversees the full onboarding lifecycle and customer engagement, the TOM is responsible for delivering the technical setup behind the scenes — ensuring the right configurations, supporting production readiness, and helping resolve technical issues before, during, and after go-live. Your focus is ensuring that customers not only go live on time, but with confidence in their technical setup.
  • This is a hands-on role that requires curiosity, initiative, attention to detail, and a customer-centric mindset. You will collaborate daily with internal product and engineering teams, customer-facing roles, and directly with customers as needed. This role is perfect for someone looking to deepen their expertise in payments, configuration, and customer-facing delivery in a fast-paced fintech environment.

What you'll be doing:

Supporting Onboarding Delivery:

  • Serve as the technical counterpart to the Project Manager, owning the delivery of configuration-related tasks across card programme setup.
  • Translate customer requirements into concrete configuration actions and ensure the system is set up accordingly (e.g., BIN settings, product parameters, file formats, and custom features).
  • Work closely with Project managers and product/tech teams to ensure that all configuration dependencies are understood, tracked, and delivered.
  • Assist in preparing and validating customer setups ahead of production launches.
  • Coordinate with product and support teams to resolve questions around platform behaviour, feature enablement, or edge-case requirements.

Supporting our customers:

  • Act as a first point of technical contact during onboarding and early production phases.
  • Support customer queries related to their configuration, transactions, and system interactions.
  • Escalate and manage technical issues as needed, liaising with engineering and support teams.
  • Assist in customer meetings and workshops when deeper configuration or technical input is required.

Improving our onboarding and delivery:

  • Participate in root cause analysis sessions for production incidents, helping feed findings into internal knowledge bases and improvements.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, changes, and customer-specific logic to ensure continuity.
  • Support the development of best practices, tooling, and templates to streamline onboarding delivery.
  • Share insights and feedback with product teams to inform roadmap decisions based on real implementation challenges.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in a technical, product, or delivery-focused role within payments, fintech, or card issuing.
  • Strong understanding of card scheme processes, issuer configuration logic, and real-world customer use cases.
  • Familiarity with configuration tooling, file formats (ISO, CSV, XML), and APIs (experience with tools like Postman, SOAPUI, etc.).
  • Familiar with coding tools, experience in any of the following: AWS, CI/CD pipelines, git, Python, Java, Rest API’s.
  • Comfortable reading logs (e.g., via Sumologic) and using SQL or other tools to investigate issues.
  • Digital wallets: Working together with issuers, payment schemas and certification test houses to enable xPays such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay
  • Excellent communication skills — able to translate technical detail into business friendly explanations.
  • A structured, solution-oriented mindset and willingness to take ownership of your work.
  • Strong sense of teamwork, supporting Project Managers and peers in delivering a successful go-live.

Why You’ll Love Working At Enfuce:
