Job Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2.5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably with experience in the property or real estate industry. 
  • Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
  • Creative Mindset: Strong visual design skills with attention to detail and a flair for creativity. 
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills to collaborate with the marketing team and other stakeholders. 
  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Core responsibilities:

  • Design Adaptation: Modify and update existing design templates for use across different marketing campaigns, including brochures, social media graphics, property signage, and event collateral. 
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs maintain a consistent look and feel that aligns with the companys brand guidelines. 
  • Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visuals that enhance promotional initiatives, sales campaigns, and presentations. 
  • Signage & Print Design: Design property signage, hoardings, banners, and other print materials to support on-site marketing efforts. 
  • Digital Design: Create digital assets, such as social media graphics, email templates, and website visuals, to support online marketing campaigns.
  • Project Management: Handle multiple design projects concurrently, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising on quality.
