Job Requirements:

  • Digital Marketing Experience: Minimum 2.5-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the beauty, cosmetics, or retail industries. 
  • SEO & Ad Expertise: Proven experience in SEO, Google Ads, and social media advertising, with a track record of successful campaigns. 
  • Content Creation Skills: Strong experience in creating digital content (blogs, social media posts, ads) that aligns with brand voice and marketing goals. 
  • Analytical Abilities: Ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize results and meet business objectives.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with hair extensions, salon services, and the beauty industry is highly desirable. 
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using digital marketing platforms and tools (Google Analytics, social media management software, etc.) to execute campaigns.

Core responsibilities:

  • SEO & Content Strategy: Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings for hair extensions, salon services, and beauty products. 
  • Digital Ad Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads) to generate traffic and leads for salon services and extensions.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and grow social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook), creating engaging content and increasing brand visibility within the beauty industry. 
  • TikTok Shop Management: Assist in completing the setup of the salon's TikTok shop account, boosting visibility and driving purchases in alignment with website goals. 
  • Performance Analytics: Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics (website traffic, conversion rates, ROI) and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights. 
  • Website Optimization: Oversee the salons website, ensuring content is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines and user engagement. 
  • Collaborative Strategy Development: Work with the salon owner to align digital marketing efforts with the overall business goals, providing input and guidance on the marketing strategy.
