We’re looking for a Graphic Designer (Performance Ads) with a strong creative instinct, proven design execution, and a deep understanding of how visual assets convert in paid media environments. You’ll play a key role in driving ROI through thoughtful creative, balancing art direction with performance data, and consistently producing engaging visuals for top DTC and eCommerce brands.                                 

What You'll Do
  • Design high-performing creative assets for Meta, TikTok, Google, and other paid media platforms.                       
  • Collaborate with creative strategists, media buyers, and copywriters to bring campaigns to life.                    
  • Translate data and performance insights into creative iterations and new concepts.                 
  • Develop static, animated, and short-form video assets optimized for scroll-stopping performance.                   
  • Build visual narratives around multiple angles, hooks, and formats per campaign.                  
  • Research trends in paid social creative, competitive ads, and audience behavior.                     
  • Ensure design consistency across ad variations while adapting to different brand guidelines.                
  • Participate in ideation and concept development for A/B tests and creative sprints.                       
  • Communicate updates, progress, and challenges with clients and internal stakeholders.                

  • What You Need
  • 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with at least 3 years focused on paid media and digital advertising.                        
  • Strong portfolio with DTC or eCommerce ad creatives, especially Meta & TikTok.                    
  • Agency experience is a must — comfortable working cross-functionally in fast-paced environments.                         
  • Strong understanding of what makes a creative convert: hooks, CTA hierarchy, ad formats.                     
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop and Illustrator), and After Effects is a plus.                         
  • Familiarity with performance metrics and creative testing (e.g., CTR, CPA, ROAS).                
  • Excellent attention to detail and high creative standards.                  
  • Proactive, organized, and highly collaborative.                  
  • Strong communication skills and openness to feedback.                  
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
