How you will make an impact: 

The Labor Strategy Manager is a dedicated labor coach for clients of Procare Labor Management, working directly with organizations to optimize labor practices and drive meaningful improvements. This role requires a deep understanding of scheduling, labor management strategies, workforce efficiency, and ways to improve client outcomes. The Labor Manager will analyze client labor data, develop targeted strategies, and collaborate closely with client teams to implement best practices that maximize labor resources and improve performance. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and client relationship skills with hands-on scheduling or operational labor experience.


What you will need: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in scheduling, labor management, workforce optimization, or similar client-facing roles.
  • Strong ability to analyze labor-related KPIs and provide actionable strategies for improvement. 
  • Familiarity with electronic labor management tools and systems; technical proficiency preferred. 
  • Experience in coaching, training, or consulting roles with a focus on labor practices.
